Our Story

Established following the Land Run of 1889, Guthrie was no more than a prairie stop on the AT&SF railroad.  Thanks to the Land Run, it became a city of over 10,000 overnight. Steeped in history, Guthrie has many stories to tell and much to offer. Though its rich beginnings distinguish it as home to many of Oklahoma's most important milestones, Guthrie blends old and new and has something for everyone.  See for yourself!
