Guthrie Lake will be home to the state's first ladies-only mini/sprint triathlon this Sunday morning, June 30!

• Swim – 300 yds – Bike 11miles – Run 1.5miles

Sprint Distances

• Swim – 500yds – Bike 22miles – Run 3.1miles (2 loops)
